Cycles – Shadow Work

Description

The image depicts the story of how the two magical brown and white bulls came to be in the Cattle Raid of Cooley. They began as two faery swine herders who had a falling out and transformed themselves into different animals fighting each other all the way, time after time, trapped in a destructive cycle until one finally defeated the other and the dispute ended. 

This is the last card in the Call of the Morrigan oracle and means lessons learned. It reminds me to see patterns of behaviour which can trap us in cycles of destructive behaviour. Eventually we must break free of the set dynamic in order to find peace and balance in ourselves.
